After 3 Months of Permanent Full-Time service with the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge or Kananaskis Nordic Spa, employees are eligible to take part in our Benefits Plan through Manulife. This does not apply to Part-Time Employees or Seasonal Employees working 4 months or less. Benefits At a Glance
Our employees fall under two categories with regards to your benefit plan. Plan A employees are those that are Line Level (ie – Housekeepers, Servers, Guest Service Agents, etc…) and Supervisors. Plan B employees are those that are Assistant Managers, Managers, Department Heads, Directors, etc…
